Mokler released three free demo EPs in 2011. He then entered the local battle of the band’s competition called BurySOUND. He was the first solo artist to win the competition. After that, he began to get regular gig slots around East Anglia.

Mokler released his debut album Fingertips on 25 June 2012. It was a huge success and he received a lot of praises. In October 2012 Lewis Mokler began his first UK tour where he released a 4-track collaboration EP together with Adam Moss.

After performing 177 gigs in 2012, Mokler entered the studio to record the Skybound EP which was released on 8 April 2013.

In 2014 he no longer made music under the name “Lewis Mokler”, but kept his stage name as “HUNTAR”. He released his first EP called Bitter as HUNTAR in 2014. In 2015, he released his second EP Love I Know and Autumn. His third and fourth EP were BITTAR and Rmxs respectively.

He finally released his debut album Your Favorite Worst Mistake on 15 September 2017. His another album The Ride was released in December 2018. In 2020, he released two singles; “Tonight” and “Say Anything”.
